POSTAGE & PACKAGING
All items will be sent 1st class Royal Mail and for items that aren't presented on a card, include a fine gift box with a quality photographic gift card with information on the reverse.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
I gladly accept returns and exchanges but please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective I don't accept returns for custom or personalised items.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in

TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY
To keep your jewellery looking bright and sparkly it is worth using a silver cleaning cloth from time to time and to store away from the light. Also as these products are not guaranteed to be 100% waterproof it is recommended that they should be removed before bathing.
